The space

The entrance leads to a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen: a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need to cook and enjoy your home like a true Florentine.
The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed for two adults, ideal for families with two children or two couples of friends sharing the apartment.
The master bedroom offers maximum comfort and functionality: a queen-sized bed with a 160×200 cm memory foam mattress made in Italy, a large wardrobe suitable for extended stays, and an extra-large safe, also ideal for storing laptops and valuables.
The apartment also features a spacious, contemporary bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, and a separate laundry area with a ceramic sink and washing machine, ideal for extended stays or business trips.

We try to answer some questions you might usually ask before staying in our Suites.
Keys must be handed over in person. Due to a recent Italian regulation, we are required to meet guests to hand over the keys and perform identification.
We will therefore ask you to show us again the ID you have already uploaded to our portal.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee check-in after the time indicated for each apartment.
All our apartments are available from 3:00 PM. Before this time, we have a cleaning and sanitization service, as well as organizing any maintenance, so early check-in is not possible.
For any changes to the length of your stay, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We cannot offer refunds for early departures.
No pets of any kind are allowed in any of our apartments, except guide dogs or other service animals.
We can provide up to two cribs per apartment. This request can be made at the time of booking and confirmed during online check-in by paying the service fee.
The apartments are equipped with sanitized and certified bed linens and towels.
For stays longer than 30 days, linens will not be provided. You can bring your own, or we can rent them.
